The Opening Night of the Romanian Film Festival DC
An U.S. premiere, “Freedom”, directed by Tudor Giurgiu, was the Opening Night selection, on November 2, 2023, of the fourth edition of the The Romanian Film Festival in Washington, D.C. Special guest, director Tudor Giurgiu answered, after the screening, to the questions and curiosities of a large audience, in a discussion moderated by the film critic Mihai Fulger, the curator of the festival.
Andrei Tănase, the director of “Day of the Tiger”, and Niko Becker, leading actor in “To The North”, were special guests at the third day of Romanian Film Festival in Washington. Every screening ended with Q&A sessions moderated by the film critic Mihai Fulger, the curator of the festival, in which both guests responded to the audience’s curiosity.
